Summary: Sears and Whirlpool's websites showed this 24" oven with a split shelf. Mine does not have that feature which is the sole reason I selected this oven. Also the insulation shows in all 4 corners of the oven window - this is unsightly! Can't believe Whirlpool would manufacture something like this/
Summary: Just google the phrase "Whirlpool Self clean fail" and find the hundreds, if not thousands of people with issues. Whirlpool ovens cannot self clean without burning up the circuit board--it's a design flaw. DO NOT BUY.
Summary: Purchased this wall oven after our '70's oven broke. It is soooo much better than the one we had. It fit in the same space and is roomier inside. Summary: This is truly a great oven, installation was easy and it fit like a glove. We search the web for a month before deciding on the Whirlpool. Using our old oven it would take 4 hours to bake a 12 lb ham at 350. Today it was completely done in 2 hours and 45 minutes juicy and tender.
