Summary: This oven replaced a 15 year old GE double wall oven. Very impressed with the features we have used so far (convection, broil, baking,quick preheat, pizza mode for homemade pizza), and love the large clear windows. Oven is beautiful, high quality and looks expensive. Nice flexibility with the configuration of the oven racks, and bakes very evenly when using multiple racks in convection mode.
Summary: ITS GREAT UNIT ! AND I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO GET ONE IF THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ONE. I HAVE DONE BAKING AND COOKING TOP AND BOTTOM AT SAME TIME AND WHAT EVER YOU COOK OR BAKE IT ALL COOKS & BAKES EVEN IN AND OUT OF THE FOOD.I GIVE IT A THUBS UP:)AND THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT AT LOWES AND THE INSTALLERS TO HELP OUT FOR WHAT EVER QUESTIONS I HAD. Summary: I have had this oven for over 6 years and I have used it alot. I cook all kinds of meats and dishes in this oven but my favorite and the thing I cook the most is pizza! I use to run a pizza business out of my house on weekends and a few choice weekdays through out the year. I made all the dough homemade, this oven is wonderful tool to have if you have a passion for cooking pizza! The convection works wonderful and helps cook more evenly.
Summary: I have had the oven just over month. I have not used the bottom oven yet. I have used the top oven for baking and broiling - oven does that well. I have not tried convection yet. The quick preheat does not work as described in the owner's manual. The manual says the quick preheat will heat the oven to the target you put in. It does not. I had a repairman look at the problem and he could not fix it.
