  • DVD/CD-RW drive doesnt recognise DVD/RW

    Its a SAMSUNG CDRW/DVD SM-352B. I checked out the reviews and it says it supports DVD/RW.I've tried updating the driver but still it wont recognise the disc in the drive. New to this, any help would be much appreciated.
