  • Summary: I replaced an old and failing 24x drive with this new 52x Samsung drive, the difference is night and day - it's so much faster even on older computers and has no problems reading CD-R and CD-RW discs, a common problem with older CD-ROM drives.

  • Summary: OK, you're thinking about buying this cheap little drive? Go for it! You won't be disappointed! I've purchased 15 of these guys for inexpensive office PCs and every qualification is met: it does what it's supposed to, it looks fine, and has a great warranty. Samsung makes really good stuff.
