DVD RW didn't write and shows "File System Error 16389?

I have LG DVD RW GH22NS30, since i purchase it, works fine but after one month it stops writing DVD & CD and shows a error message "File system error 16389". Also in Nero it always uses image recorder and no other option is available to write.
