Excerpt: My old switch had failed and I wanted to move up to gigabit speed. This 5-Port Gigabit Switch is good product; setup out-of-the-box was about 10-min. My old one had a noisy fan, but this is quiet. Interestingly, this is the first switch I've seen with an on/off switch.

Summary: I only built the rig 3 days ago and so far the the drive works fine with the drivers that come with Windows 10. I'd like to see Asus get ont he ball and officially support their product in Windows 10.
Pros: I just finished building a Skylake system including this drive in the the build. I used it to do a clean install of Windows 10 from a DvD and it worked fine during and after the installation.
Cons: The disappointing news is this drive doesn't officially support Windows 10, nor does its software or drivers. Considering Windows 10 has been out for over 6 months a company like Asus should have updated drivers and software to support it by now. That is the main reason I gave the drive 3 instead...
Pros: It's a nicely made unit, packaged well. Will hold off on anything until I get the unit to work.
Cons: Replaced a failed CD/DVD burner with this unit, also replaced the SATA cable at the same time. It powers up, but I can not get WIN 10 to see this unit. I've gone on to ASUS page and not found drivers specifically for WIN 10. I may have purchased a unit not compatible with WIN 10. I will update th...
