Excerpt: I use it to upload apps that I am not able to download, but the speed of this writer to install the apps is real blazing. I just wish that they had USB 3.0 years ago....This item is worth buying if you need to install apps, and the footprint of it does not take up much room, as I have mine mounted vertically!
Pros: Easy To Install, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance
Summary: I love my Blu-Ray Burner. It has not turned out one dud yet. The clarity of the finished product is amazing on the television. It took me a couple of days to figure out what they are calling an eject button, but it really is there. I highly recomment this unit for anyone who is wanting to burn CD's, DVD's and Blu-Rays.
Summary: FULL STARTS for this AWESOME burner. Pros: 1. This burner is compatible with almost every brand of discs I've ever bought, including Optical Quantum, Verbatim and SONY. 2. It's USB 3.0, means you can burn even 25-GB Blu-Ray's at 10X. It's way more faster than either disc (4X) or drive (8X) specification. And I never failed one single disc at 10X, luck? Cons: 1. Pretty noisy at high speed (6X+ I suppose).
Summary: Works great with the USB 3.0. Burned several blu-ray disks some 25Gb and some 50Gb and also burned DVDs and CDs. No problems at all. The results were as expected. I have had this burner for over a year and to this day, I have yet to experience below expected expectations. Now the burner is a backup burner incase the any of the internal burners fail. If I was in need of another external burner, I would get this one again.
Excerpt: Although it has an awkward shape i dig it..it works so far perfectly I've only had it for a week...but its fast as all get out...and i don't have any new coasters i.e bad disks...and the diamond lights up bonus!!!
Summary: This works well with my mocbook pro retina as I have been able to burn blu-rays. The one issue I have is, my Adobe Encore dvd software does not recognize it, so I have to burn the blu-ray file to a drive, and then copy that file onto the blu-ray disk. It work fine that way, but the extra step is a minor time inconvenience.
