Summary: I felt the need to post my first ever review for a game on Amazon because of the ridiculous 1 star reviews. This game is a SURVIVAL game. This is not an action game. If you are looking for fast paced gunz'a'blazing shoot'em up, this is not it. This is a tense, gritty, hard, survival game. The atmosphere is incredibly spooky. The gameplay is immersive bordering on realism. If you own a Wii-U, are an adult, and enjoy a thrilling challenge or fright, get this game.
Summary: With my recent pick up of the Wii U off Amazon, I ordered three games, and ZombiU was one of them. I had played a bit of the multiplayer with a friend, and enjoyed enough. Once I sat down after buying the Wii U and played it some more, I can safely say it's not nearly as awful as Game Informer made it out to be. That being said, it's not great. Not by a long shot.
Summary: Lots of mixed reviews here on this on... The game IMO is great if your a old school fan of the original resident evil games before they made it a run and gun... This game requires you to actually think about wasting ammo. The downside is like many have stated there is way to many bug and glitches for a release game. This game is IMO a beta game that got published. With that said ubisoft or Nintendo has zero updates and will not refund for the game.
Summary: Why isn’t ZombiU one of America’s iconic games? America loves Zombies. America loves video games. America loves stuff about London. Is America mad at Nintendo? We shell out $60 for a buggy and unfinished product in Titan Fall. Meanwhile, ZombiU is a bargain basement game on Amazon for $10. I have been a massive fan of survival horror games since the 1990's. Out of the hundred or so horror themed games that I have played, ZombiU ranks in my top 5 favorite monster games.
Summary: I have to be honest, when I got this game I didn't really expect much. I read some reviews about it and i heard mixed reactions. Some people loved it while some despised it. It's not until I started playing it for myself that I developed my own opinion. At first the game starts of a bit slow. The controls take some getting use to and you only have the cricket bat. Which is fun, don't get I have to be honest, when I got this game I didn't really expect much.
Summary: The graphics on this game are OK. There are a number of jump scares that have my 10 year old son peeking through his hands at times. The game is really easy to grasp and is a great first step forward for a Wii U game. Hoping this isn't the only attempt at a good Zombie game. Keep up the good work!
Summary: Map, radar and inventory is on the game pad. It's easy to die, ammo must be used accurately and sparingly. The game pad gyroscope is used for turrets, hacking and marking zombies. Local multiplayer gets boring very fast, no true co-op play. In my opinion they made a good game that could of been great. Cons: 1) Graphics could be better. 2) One melee weapon. 3) No good multiplayer/co-op mode.
Summary: I had seen all the bad reviews this game had gotten when it was released, and I watched my friend play the demo and get killed multiple times and I wanted to play the actual game. I finally got the chance a year or so after it was released. The first deadly thing on the screen wasn't a zombie but a glare from my windows, which were covered. It was so dark in the game that the slightest light glared on the TV.
