Summary: If you really want a decent workout instead of a quirky mini-game experience (ahem...Wii Fit U), then Your Shape: Fitness Now is really the only game in the Wii U library that will fit the bill. I don't play it much, but my 60-year old mom does and she has lost 10 pounds in 1 month!
Summary: This game is great if you want something that is pretty much purely fitness. There are workouts for various parts of the body, arms, abs, buns, full body, etc. There are also dance workouts, zen, kickboxing and the like.
Summary: I own over a dozen different exercise games on the Wii, Xbox, and PS3. This title is one of the better ones. A variety of activities and each is short enough that you don't get bored. The motion detection stinks but on part with most Wii games.
Summary: I owned this game for less than 24 hours. It was awful!!!! I thought it would of been similar to the wii fit. i could not of been more wrong. It was no different than watching an exercise video. There was little to no interaction with the game.
Summary: This is a great fitness title, the range of activities is amazing, and it
seems to keep you motivated. The one thing I feel it is really missing though
is some sort of tracking capability as to how you are improving over time
