Summary: I never saw the series and I am not that interested in it but as I played a bit of the first game and I love to shoot Zombies I decided to give it a go. My conclusion is that the previous game was a little bit more interesting but we have a solid game here for sure! Total reccommendation!!!
Summary: I did played the PS3 version of this game, but i gotta say, i actually like this version better. The game looks exactly like the other version but the gameplay obviously changed. If you like The Walking Dead and the Wii U, i highly recommend getting this game. It is really fun to me.
Summary: Honestly, I came into this game with very low expectations based on the reviews. it is a different take on a FPS, almost like a mix of Left 4 Dead and Oregon Trail. It is a good background story on the Dixon boys. Non-fans of the show might be slightly lost but honestly why would you be playing if you didn't like the show. The fact that they can swear in this makes it realistic too.
Summary: The Walking Dead is a successful comic that has since been adapted to AMC's hit TV show of the same name. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct focuses on a character who is exclusive to the TV show called Daryl Dixon and is currently a fan favourite. Daryl Dixon started out as a racist redneck who only cared for his own survival, since the second and third series of the TV show, the charact er has changed a lot and has attracted a large number of fans.
Summary: It's a real shame this game was made the way it was, an utter cash in with the only redeeming features because the amazing voice acting by Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker. Graphics are a complete let down with rooms being full of nothing more than one chair and a table half the time, if this wasn't a Walking Dead game it wouldn't be worth a second glance.
Summary: At first i thought it is a joke, when i saw the graphics 1st time. But no. It looks like cheap games done 5-7years ago. I said OK... Nevermind, its all about athmosphere so i go on. I played like 30 minutes, got almost done 1st mission and suddenly... game crash! Checkpoints not saved, so i had to start mission over again from the beginning. Next bad thing about TWD: SI, it just freezes al l the time, its hard to aim in it at all.
Summary: Ok... I've been playing this game for a day now. Yes. It is a rushed licensed game. There is no doubt about that. But I feel as though Terminal Reality chose to focus less on graphics and more on gameplay which is where the game shines. You absolutely have to play the game stealthily. If you fire your gun, Walkers will just make your day very bad. It has great atmosphere. The sound is grea t too.
Summary: the minute I heard this was from Activision, I knew this was gonna be bad. But then again, I could always be proven otherwise, could be fun like L4D2 which is mindless shooting and is still fun: spoiler, it isn't.
Summary: Anyone who is writing reviews saying that this game is great is totally lying to you or work for Activision/Terminal Velocity. We played this at the gamestop store and it reminded us of a really poorly designed free ipad game. The graphics are on par with a PS1 bargain bin game. The gameplay is atrocious. Zombies mechanically move about the screen and disappear into the air after you defea t them.
