Summary: A solid game that definitely has an audience. Might lack replay value, could be too short or there are some hard-to-ignore faults, but the experience is fun. How we score: The Destructoid Reviews Guide
Excerpt: I played ONE PIECE Unlimited World Red on the Nintendo 3DS and Playstation 3. Essentially these are the same two games. The home console version comes with improved graphics. ONE PIECE Unlimited World Red is also on the Playstation Vita, and Wii U.
Summary: First bursting onto the pages of Japan's Shonen Jump! magazines way back in 1997, Eiichiro Oda's One Piece series has transcended the humble page to critical acclaim, becoming the greatest selling Manga in history, as of last year. One Piece tells the story of Monkey D.
Excerpt: Pirates with superpowers. Sounds pretty cool, right? That's what makes the world of One Piece unique: Captains and crews battle each other with the powers of fire, ice, lightning, and smoke. This makes for a spin-off game that's great fun for fans of the manga and anime.
Pros: Original story from Oda-san himself, Combat is a blast, Battle Coliseum is great diversion…
Cons: ...but you can't fight against each other, Islands have zero personality

Pros: The original story really captures the spirit of the show., The animation and direction are well put together., Has enough traditional RPG staples to stay engaging.
Cons: While the gameplay can be fun, its combination with stage design can make it tedious or grueling., Still feels better suited for the handheld market.
Summary: We’re not going to lie and say we’re the foremost knowledge on all things One Piece, because apart from a few short clips of the anime, this game is pretty much our only experience with the series. And yet despite this, there is an awful lot to like about Unlimited World Red even from us non-fans.
