Summary: It was a great game, but only lasted 2 months before the sound quit working. Of course, we no longer have the box, so we can't return it even if they allowed us to. Have also had other intermittent problems. For a game that costs so much, they should have worked out the bugs.
Summary: Very entertaining...!!! My grandchildren play with it all the time and they can both play together as long as you have an extra control for the WiiU. They spend a long time playing this game and it could also be played with an adult.
Summary: I bought this game for my son when I saw it on sale on Amazon. He loves Disney and just about everything Disney related. This game quickly became his favorite. The 3 included worlds are very entertaining. He's 6 and he loves exploring around Monsters university and being a pirate, though he has little idea who Jack Sparrow is. The toy box aspect of the game is very extensive. You are able to build just about anything you can think of.
Summary: Got it for the kids and they love it. Shipped quickly. Only complaint is that my son gets through the levels very quickly so it's not quite as challenging as some of his other games. I would recommend for kids 8 & under or maybe a novice gamer.
Summary: As a 30 year old who loves video games, I *did* feel silly buying what I'm sure is a game intended for kids - but I absolutely love it. The graphics are great and the dialog is funny. It has the perfect mix of building your own world, with completing tasks in the individual play set worlds. This game would've been a dream to 9 year old me! The figurines themselves are cute to sit on a shelf or your desk. The only thing that bugs me is the limited game sets.
Summary: This is an ideal game for my Grandsons!!! It has a building component for the oldest as well as the game playing mode! I just hope Disney follows through with more character pack to expand the game! Only fault I find is with the play disk packs; where they are randomly packed so you can get double.
Summary: My grandkids love this game. It is a great babysitter to calm them down. While we play Skylanders they are just as into this and love collecting the characters. When ever I play though I find it gives me motion sickness due to the video angles.
Summary: So my son received a gift card for his 8th birthday and the choices ended up being between this Disney Infinity, Skylander Swapforce,. and a Lego set. He picked this game along with the Lone Ranger play set/ game set to go with it. the game is cute the graphics are nice. However I am seeing its the same thing over and over again,. and some of the game is hard to really understand what they want to to do to move on.
Summary: We were a big fan of Media Molecule's "Little Big Planet" series which has a similar concept - play through pre-made levels or create your own content. Like a lot of people, this looked like it would be a fun mashup of LBP and the popular Skylander's series. I forced myself to play through this for several hours, before I could just give up and declare it not particularly fun. The premade "playset" gameplay is simplistic, repetitious, and not very imaginative.
