Black Ops II is a Great Start for FPS on Wii U
Jack Treese, Game Informer

Summary: Shortly before Christmas, I finally got my hands on a Wii U deluxe set. It's been a fun time playing games like NintendoLand, New Super Mario and Batman Arkham City, but it was about time I try a newer, possibly more "hardcore" game experience on the new system--you know, just to see how it is. I went with Black Ops II because even though I'm not the biggest Call of Duty fan, I was itching to give the game a try on Wii U.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II Review: An ambitious attempt at a series revolution
Andrew Marcos, Game Informer

Summary: The Call of Duty series with Treyarch in the developer’s seat has always been hit or miss, and it would be tough to call any of them “revolutionary” in the same manner that Infinity Ward changed the industry with the original and Modern Warfare. Recently, Treyarch has been hard at work making better Call of Duty games, and with Modern Warfare 3 stagnating and avoiding change comes Black Ops II, a game that embraces it by comparison and does things (mostly) right.
Summary: This is a pretty good port but has no dlc,not many folks playing on-line either. Developers seem to be ignoring the wii u and leaving out extras more and more now. Still, this is a nice version with zombies and bots for off-line play as well as the main campaign. Off tv play is a nice addition too.Worth getting if you see it cheap.
Summary: There's a campaign? Sorry multi-player split between game-pad and television is the most fun you'll have with a sub-machine gun ever. Also do I win the competition for the most hyphen's used in a sentence?
Summary: I'm more interested in how well this version compares to other platforms.
Nintendo believes you will be able to play splitscreen with one player using the
gamepad for their screen. I don't see it running on a classic-Call of
Duty-60fps on the gamepad… But I'm still keen to see how well the game is
optimized for the WiiU as its the newest and (technically speaking) best console
Summary: COD on Nintendo......if you have never played these games before (as in only had a WII) your love this, if you have an xbox or ps3 and plaed these games before..........they got boring and samey after MW2 BUT im giving this 4 stars as it is first outing on WiiU so unfair to judge it as samey.
