Still a great game, just not the best system for it. NANANANANA BATMAN!

Summary: I LOVE THIS GAME... On the 360. I'm sure it's the same on ps3. I played Arkham Asylum on PS3, and City on 360. I sold my 360, got the Wii-U, and was up for playing Batman, any Batman that I could find. Seen this, thought it would be better on wii u with the controller having more funtionality, and supposedly the wii u is more powerful than the 360, but nope. It looks better on the 360. It still looks good on Wii-U, but just doesn't have the polish.
Summary: Truly excellent game. Never played the original on the 360 but as far as I can tell this edition is just as great, or better. The Wii U game pad can enhance or hinder your experience depending on the situation. At times the remote control batarang motion control was annoying, but you have the option of course of using the joysticks as well. If you are a fan of challenges, collectively, side quest type stuff, and the like this is certainly the game for you!
Summary: I've owned Arkham City on not only the WiiU, but also on Xbox 360. I think the WiiU is the worst out of all the choices you have in playing Arkham City. Unnecessary gadget motion controls, unnecessary GamePad features, oh lord the gadget layout, and not as good frame rate. If it weren't for the spectacular story and all released DLC on one disc, I definitely wouldn't have given the WiiU version 4/5 stars. If this is your only option though, go for it.
Enjoyed it except for the advanced training missions

Summary: I've never had a Batman game before. Only other "superhero" type game I ever had was a couple of the Spiderman games, simply because of the unique movement through the environment compared to the first person shooters that are my normal bread and butter on a game console. I purchased it specifically for the Wii-U because I like the Pad's integration in games. Spiderman, Lego City Undercover, it adds a nice touch. And here, as well, it adds to it.
Summary: The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because of a programmer glitch. It isn't possible to play the Harley Quinn DLC a second time on the same save file because it boots you to the start screen when you reach a certain pony on the second play through. You can get a replacement disk from WB Games if you email their customer service department and that gets rid of the glitch but you have to pay for shipping.
Summary: Without re-reviewing the game at its core, I will say that this truly is the definitive version of one of the best games in 2011. The sequel to Batman Arkham Asylum is just as enjoyable on this new platform. As with the Game of the Year edition, Armored Edition features all of the previously-released DLC right on disc and ready to go.
