Summary: The idea of the game is to battle your way through several stages playing the other game characters. When I first played this game I was very unimpressed, as I was easily bored by it and it didn't let me have anything to look foward to by completing the game. If you like games where you have to battle your way through stages I suppose this is quite a good game, although there aren't many impressive moves you can do and the characters don't vary enough to keep you...
Pros: Good graphics in general.
Cons: If you're a fan of Mario and his friends you'll be let down.
Summary: This is a disappointment. Sure, it’s got all your favourite Nintendo characters, but this novelty wears off. I was initially under the impression that it was 3D. Is it heck! The backgrounds revolve a tiny bit, and it generally plays like a 2D fighter... but a rubbish one. It is very very limited...each character has so little moves. Also, it is unbelievably easy in the single player mode. Some enjoyment can be found with 4 players...(note the word ‘SOME’.
Summary: Soon Tekken Tag Tournament will be out on PS2. Already, Powerstone is tearing it up on the Dreamcast. N64 owners however have to make do with this. Don't get me wrong this game isn't a disaster, it just seems to have been made by some guy who wanted to shut up his five year old kid. In days of huge combos, multiple throws etc., this game really doesn't stand out. 1 button is assigned to kicking, punching, everything really.
