I wasn't disappointed with this sequel!

  • Excerpt: This game has become one of the most highly sought after and therefore hard to find N64 games around. After finally completing Banjo-Kazooie (after about a year!) and hearing about it at the end of the game I couldn't wait for this sequel. Although it was released here in April 2001 - for some reason a whole five months after the American and Japanese releases - I didn't manage to get a copy until a couple of years ago and even then it cost £30 without an instruction...

  • Excerpt: After months of painful delays and as much hype as we can take, Banjo Tooie is here and Rare has done it again. Sometimes you think they cannot go wrong. This time they have made a sequel to Banjo Kazooie. Banjo Kazooie was one of the best games of the summer 2 years ago. People thought it could not be improved, well prepare to be proved wrong. Banjo Tooie is set a couple of years after the original.

  • Excerpt: Yes this is it! The long awaited sequel to the massively popular Banjo Kazooie. Banjo Tooie is about 3 times bigger than the original. The game follows on from Banjo Kazooie and contains many plot twists which I do not want to reveal here! If you have played the original then you will love this. When you start you have all the original Banjo Kazooie moves at you disposal.

  • Excerpt: If you thought Banjo-Kazooie was good, wait until you get your hands on this mind-boggling game! Rareware have really excelled themselves this time, by producing a game that will get you glued to your t.v screen. But beware, you are letting yourselves in for a huge, and thrilling challenge. What is the story? After defeating the witch at the end of Banjo- Kazooie, Banjo the honey bear, and his good friend Kazooie the breegul are back.

  • Excerpt: Finally, after a long long wait and what seemed like one delay in release after another, I have my hands on a copy of Banjo Tooie for the N64. And since it arrived, hubby and I have spent many a happy hour pounding the joypad for all we’re worth. Banjo Tooie certainly lived up to our expectations, and more! What’s it all about then? Well it’s the sequel to the very popular and much loved roaming adventure game, Banjo Kazooie.

  • Excerpt: A Brief Overview For those of you who are not familiar with Banjo Kazooie, it is a hilarious adventure game featuring the antics of Banjo, a banjo playing bear, who has a sarcastic bird named Kazooie living in his backpack. The two are best friends and in the first game, they travel to different worlds collecting notes which opened doors to higher levels while trying to save Banjo's sister from an evil witch.

  • Excerpt: I cant wait to play this game, i really enjoyed the previous game, in fact, all of rares games for the N64!! Whats most interesting though, is the way that playing B-tooie will allow you to get to certain areas in Banjo-Kazooie that were not reachable previously! Im not that sure how this will work - perhaps a controller pak entry or something like that???
