TRENDnet TU-ET100C is an USB 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet adapter. It allows user to connect to 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps network. Among its main features include plug-and-play, complies with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u standard, allows Fast Ethernet transfer rate at 100 Mbps.

The TU-ET100C features easy installation with instant recognition from Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. Besides that, it also features Hot Swap that enables user to disconnect it from notebook or PC even while it is running. For installation, it requires user to plug the TU-ET100C to the computer’s USB port, connect a standard twisted pair (RJ-45) network cable to the USB Fast Ethernet adapter and load the driver; and straight away enables user to connect to a network. It supports Ethernet and Fast Ethernet link protocols. Moreover, it complies with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u. It measures 2.6 in x 1.9 in x 1.1 in (W x D x H) in dimension and weighs 2.5 oz. A 5-year limited warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
