Difficult to setup; but great once you get it done

Summary: I bought this router since we have the 847 model and use that for a computer, but I only needed to hookup an ancient laserjet printer that has a built in jetdirect ethernet port out on it; and didn't want to spend the money for the more expensive model. Setup on this was horrible. I tried using the included CD on two different windows 7 machines; and it never listed the router when it got into the "find device" screen.
Summary: Had an older blu-ray player that did not have a wireless option, only wired. Used this to connect to wireless network and Netflix streams perfectly. Recommended if you are looking to add wireless to a blu-ray player but the manufacturer does not offer a wireless option.
Summary: 1) Unplug the adapter from the wall outlet and ethernet outlet on the DirecTV box. 2) Download the install zip file from TrendNET's website (it's the support and download section of their website). 3) Extract the compressed files within the zip file to a single folder on your desktop (I only suggest desktop for ease of access). 4) Open the setup EXE file in that folder. 5) Follow the simple instructions that resets your TrendNET adapter to current settings.
Summary: Great bang for the buck, but you WILL need to configure a STATIC IP manually and also to upgrade the firmware. It is very inexpensive, and I cannot understand why anyone would buy a more expensive version. I have my Slingbox connected to this thing and it now works flawlessly.
Summary: This is my second Trendnet wireless adapter and if you don't setup this adapter correctly you'll wondering why this unit loses it's connectivety. After you install your adapter the perferred method by using the push button on top of adapter(WPS) and your on a cable modem and your router is setup on DHCP you need to go into the adapter's web broswer 192.168.10.110 and change from the default Static IP to DHCP.
Summary: I bought the Trendnet wireless n gaming adapter to make my once wireless printer wireless again. I used the Ethernet port on the rear of my printer and the adapter found my existing wireless home network. I manually typed the IP address from the adapter into the printer wireless settings and now my printer is wireless again.
Summary: I bought this to connect to my blu-ray player as I didnt want to string network cable across the house. It was fairly easy to setup, just connect to your PC, insert the disc and it will walk you through the setup, even the WEP settings. Then unplug the network cable from the computer and connect to your player. Works great, I have streaming Amazon and have used the BD-live without a problem.
Good Product for the Price - Excellent Performance Once Set Up

Summary: After suffering for many months trying to stream DLNA content over a 54G network to my PS3, I stumbled across the Trendnet Wireless Gaming adapter. The price is great and when I received it from Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised that it was far smaller than I expected. It's about the size of a wallet and hides next to the PS3 really well. I was a little disappointed to find that the setup required a direct connect to a PC, running a CD-ROM based setup program.
Summary: This item was more difficult to set up than I had expected. It had trouble maintaining the wireless connection at first. A firmware upgrade fixed that though. The firmware upgrade was another difficult thing to accomplish too, but once done this product works flawlessly. I use it to connect a NAS drive to my network (the NAS is inside a safe) so that I have secure storage backup of critical data.
