10 December 2013
  • Excerpt: This is so far the best network adapter that I have owned. Installing it to computer running Windows 7 is easy, and it works with my WPA-2 dual band router without any problem. I would recommend this product to my friends.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast, Fast Connection Speed, Reliable connection, Secure Connection

Does the job...

  • Excerpt: This adapter is by far one of the easiest to use! You plug it in to the computer, insert the disc - and you're done! The only downside to it is that it doesn't have such great reception when the router is on the other end of the house which is what I use it for. Great for the price, but I will probably have to upgrade...
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Fast, Secure Connection
  • Cons: Slow Connection Speed

  • Excerpt: I'm using a dual band router so I bought this little dual band adapter, it works very well, you just follow the instruction to install the driver on my desktop then it works, most importantly I can either connect to the 2.4GHz signal or to the 5GHz signal and the signal is always full !! Why not this one ? It can just do what you want to do .

  • Summary: It seems to work, but it does seem to lack any additional power over the WiFi adapter already in the laptop. And it had no power to pull in the 5GHz signal from any meaningful distance. If you want to uninstall the software and drivers properly you have to use the CD to uninstall because the drivers don't uninstall from the control panel (even though it tells you it did).

  • Summary: This dual bend adapter doesn't see 5GHz network, only 2.4Ghz, even if I set up "5Ghz only" in its settings. And ubuntu linux doesn't recognize the device. Had to give it back.

TP Link Wireless N600 USB Adapter

Randy, FutureShop
11 November 2013
  • Summary: I use my wireless router 24/7 with almost continuous up & down loading. This adapter is my second from TP Link. It was cheap, easy to install and is fast. This item came the day after I ordered it on line and the delivery was free.

I love it, because it portable and small.

  • Summary: Its a great tool, it being smaller than the other routers. Makes it a plus. No wires, saves space, works just like a flash drive, or when I had a Rogers Rocket Stick. It was like a flash drive, that had wireless router connecting. 5 star, a must buy for anyone that has high speed Internet.
