Very Satisfied with High-performance Wireless Router
31 August 2013
Summary: This Netgear router was easy to install and wirelessly networks a desktop, 2 laptops, and a printer. The most distant laptop is on another floor within our building and there seems to be no degradation of signal. We are extremely pleased with the router's speed, reliability, performance. Our company runs two businesses on the network and cannot tolerate downtimes.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great deal on a home router.

Summary: Pretty much bought this because there wasn't support for my WNDR3700v3 yet. Now I have two great routers that will have dd-wrt on them. The WNDR4000 has been great so far with no issues yet. Strong wireless across the board.
Summary: Came super fast. Had challenges originally setting up netflix, but worked it out. Stellar service! If I would have done more research, I probably would have gotten the 6300. But it is super fast I downloaded 40mgs and 5 up when I should only get 30 down and 4 up. And that was wireless not hard lined in.
Buy manufactured refurb. Saves money and works like new!

Summary: Simply put, this is the best router of the four I've owned. It is fast, has great range and the ease of set-up is so basic, a novice like me had no problem with it. I would highly recommend this model.
Summary: This is the best WiFi router I've ever owned. It has all the features and speed I need. Easy set up and installation. Great software that allows file sharing through a USB flash drive plugged into the unit. Very powerfull signal and it finds a WiFi channel that is open to eliminate or reduce traffic interferance. No drops and has consistent speeds.
Nice set of features, limited range with 5G. Excellent value!

Summary: I bought this router to handle a growing number of devices in my home (iPad, iPhone, laptops, etc.) I like the fact that is has 2 bands option, however the 5G range is quite limited and when I move a few rooms away from the router in my house, the signal strength drops significantly and I have to switch to 2.4G for a stronger signal. Having external antennas could probably offer extended range and improve the usefulness of the 5G option.
