Phone stays connected to router however so router itself probably okay.Tried to register through Genie Software.
Excerpt: Unfortunately this product is a complete disappointment. Not only was it hard to install, it also refers you to a customer support group in India who do not speak good English and attempt to sell you additional software you may not need.
Summary: Even after lengthy on-line chats with the NETGEAR tech folks, I was never able to get this device to stay on line for more than a few hours after each total re-setup. When it worked, it worked well.
I might as well have used a pile of cow manure, because it would probably work better than this

Summary: Before I get started here, it's worth noting that - prior to purchasing this here WN2000RPT - I've been a pretty happy user of Netgear's products, particularly their routers. This is coming from someone with quite a bit of experience in both home and enterprise network administration.
