Summary: Its probably just due to my motherboard and case but when you put this in, it doesn't mount straight (as in like parallel to the bottom of the case). You also need to have an extra USB internal port to power the bluetooth part of the card. It comes with a short cable (which I had to stretch over my graphics card).
Summary: Reading the review before I bought it and having never built a computer before I thought I might have trouble, but just following the provided instructions, I had no problems installing it. I've had it for several months now without any issues.
Summary: Ordered this for my father-in-laws computer so he could bluetooth tether his cell phone. Did not see any mention of OS requirement in description at the time of ordering. Upon delivery the installation CD wouldn't load or else it froze up. I went to the manufacturers website to download the driver only to find Windows 7 and 8 drivers available. Seller stated it would work despite manufacturers website showing otherwise. Sent it back but lost shipping charges both ways.
Summary: I don’t see where other buyers were having such difficulty with installing this device. First thing I did was read the instructions (since a lot of people were having issues installing this). It was fairly simply to make this work!! Per the instructions you install the card in the proper slot, boot windows (I had Windows 7) and install the drivers from the disk. It was pretty much that easy. I am glad I took the risk in buying this after reading the poor reviews.
8 minutes 30 seconds later . . . you have connectivity!

Summary: Took 3 minutes to install it, 5 minutes to install the software, and 30 seconds to connect to my wireless internet and bluetooth keyboard. I run Windows 7 64-bit. If you have problems with this, I can't help you.
Summary: Originally purchased for a Dell Optiplex 9010 (office computer) with a small form-factor motherboard and case. This card does not have any ability to change the clip securing the card to the case to a smaller case so I could not use it for that computer. However, I have a HP computer I use at home that has a larger case and I installed it there (no bluetooth or wireless there either) and it works like a charm.
Summary: Had it working briefly and then it stopped. When I went through the setup again it would not load the needed drivers for the a2dp bluetooth. Never got it working right so I pulled it and threw it in a box in the closet.
Summary: This is a great card that integrates easily with existing builds. With the 802.11 a/b/g/n wifi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination it is a great supplementary card for motherboards that don't have it installed. I have the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H, which is a great board but just doesn't come with onboard wifi or bluetooth. The drivers installed easily, and it hasn't given me any trouble in using it or when I was installing the software that came with it.
