Summary: this is all about my IT professional, it was purchased because i hurt my leg and work from a concrete box. ( aka older home) it has maintained my internet connection which is super, as i am a recruiter... buy it ( according to my IT department)
Summary: I bought this about a month ago. Initially I was looking for Asus brand but was out of stock, so I settle for this since it is very affordable and very small. The installation process was not hard, but could have been a lot easier.
Looking for a 802.11ac Wi-Fi Adaptor??? Look no Further!

Summary: The AC 1750 from D-Link is installed on a HP Pavilion X2 Detachable It took less than 5 minutes to install using the enclosed CD Throughput is excellent My router is a Asus RT-AC68U and has no problem with the AC 1750Perfect size, excellent throughput and good range make it an excellent purchase...
Summary: So far so good. Getting excellent download speeds of 110 mbs !! Faster than the 2 year old laptops original speed before it's built in adapter failed. Faster even than the ethernet book up i have been forced to use lately. This is on a standard usb 2.0 slot.
Summary: I've had this for atleast 3 months now, works fine. I just unplug it when I'm not using it. Everyone who claims they burn out must have never removed them. They have no heatsink, fan or any way to cool themselves so they are obviously going to burn out faster.
Pros: Small, convient, Fast. 126.2/mbs in 1800 sq/ft Townhouse - opposite ends. Asus RT68-u Router
Summary: I was just too slow for the return policy!
Cons: Didnt work in one of my ASUS laptop USB ports, but it would in others. Must use in the USB port it was installed in, not others. Software takes over the WIndows Wifi software. Wasn't much faster in 2.4n than my laptop's builtin wifi.
