Summary: While the OS compatibility for this product states on Amazon : "The software supports Windows for Workgroups; Windows 95, 98, and NT; LanMan; Novell; and Linux." The paper instruction manual does NOT list Windows 95 as a compatible OS. And that proved to be correct. Followed instructions for loading driver CD into my Win 95 machine. Installation halts - "Windows 95 cannot find *.MSI file" on the CD.
Summary: I got this card to upgrade my old 3com 16bit 10BT card running in a novell server for 4 years. I ran the install drivers and the process acted like it installed the drivers and showed up in the novel listing properly and that it bound to the card but I could never get it working. So I finaly through in the towel, dumped my novell server and went with windows 2000.
Pros: could not get it to run in my Novell 4.11 server, NDS drivers loaded but card never worked for me
Cons: could not get it to run in my Novell 4.11 server, NDS drivers loaded but card never worked for me
Summary: Lighting took out the integrated net card on our Dell. I had an open slot so I bought this to replace it. It works fine. Follow the instructions and load the drivers first, and no problems with setup.
Summary: Bought two of these, and after about two weeks, I would lose connection. Don't know if it is them or my computer. I bought them because I thought maybe a stand alone would be better than the integrated network card. Went back to using the integrated/ motherboard port and I've had no problems on either computer since, so........

Summary: Installed in a Win XP machine. Plug-and-Play auto-magically loaded the driver. Works great! Got fed up with my Belkin Wireless Ethernet. Got this to replace it and drilled a hole in the wall and ran a wire. Has been trouble free ever since!
Summary: Had to replace a motherboard bound network card. I have a duel boot machine. I was trying to install to Windows first and then when it worked, set it up on Linux Mint. I rebooted and forgot to select Windows. Linux booted ALREADY CONNECTED!
