Summary: This is my second network camera of this brand and model. I grabbed the first one on sale at "the Egg" for just $35, and therefore didn't had very high expectations. But to my big surprise, compared to all the other 640x480 IP cams I own (2x Foscam FI8910W, D-link DCS-5010L, Wansview NCB541W, 2x Roswill RSCM-12001), these TrendNet TV-IP751WC have the best image quality.
Summary: This is my 3rd Trendnet IP camera so I was expecting pretty much the same features as the other ones I have with the addition of cloud view functionnality (which I don't need and disabled). Clearly, they've been cutting corners lately as I was in for a coupe of surprises... Apart from the camera size that is a little bit bigger than it needs to be, the first thing I noticed is the loud "click" the camera makes when switching to night mode.
Pros: -Pretty good quality, -Price when on special, -Cloud view if you need it
Cons: -NO video recording built-in! FTP only (see review for details), -Bigger than previous models, -Makes a loud "click" when switching to night mode
Sufficient for lighted areas if firmware is updated.

Summary: As long as you make sure to download and install the latest firmware for this camera, it works fine for the application that I use. Make certain that there is sufficient lighting in the area that you use this camera. It does not have low-light capabilities.
Summary: "failed to connect to device. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" I install the program that comes with package. I can not remmember the name of it. I know it is for 24-hour view recording. as the quotation says, connection failed even though I did not turn on the cloud view. Even though I can't have view record, I could still use cloud view.
Summary: So, you saw the picture on the box and thought "mmm good idea, cloud storage, access from anywhere"...here is what you need to know. The ability to record an playback footage is not there (see the other reviews as evidence). The software is ugly, confusing, and I am an experienced video editor and PC installer. Yet I could not even work out how much storage was available and how to archive it, access it etc.
Summary: it's very good product, for this price especial on sale. It include night vision. and cloud view from your phone (Apple or Android). also has cloud service, but i connected it with my home server. night vision is just ok.
Summary: I'll start by saying, I don't know if this is a good product or not? I still don't have it up and running. I was hoping to use this camera while I was away on trips (to check on the house. I bought the wireless camera, a wifi wireless and I have an IPad. Is there anything in the instructions to explain how to set this up, no. I am not technology savvy, so needless to say, this is a real test in patience!
Summary: I got what I was looking for. This small enough camera works just fine for my purposes. I use the camera to keep and eye on a rental property that is currently empty. I have the cameras sitting in plain site of the window and the view is perfect. I use 2 cameras, 1 on in the front of the house and 1 on the rear.
Summary: I have two of these camera and I'm thinking about getting two more while they are on sale at another online store. I gave 5 stars because they do what they are advertised to do. I could do without the software, could not get it to work right.I have the cameras set up so I can view and control remotely. The camera can be set up to detect motion and send a snapshot to your email address.I have two other camera that cost more but the resolution is not as good.I'm often...
