Summary: Smaller viewing angle than I would like, but I am using this to monitor my pets, so it isnt a real issue. I needed tech support to connect the camera to my router, but they were very helpful and clear with their instructions, it took about 30-45 minutes and everything works great. The power cord is about 5 feet.. a bit short.. but works fine with an extension cord. Picture is sharp and works well in lower light (did not get the night vision option).
Summary: Works great, been using them as a lower cost solution for a while now. The free software for NVR management from TrendNet is a major cost savings as well. Not terrific in low light, but for the price, hard to beat.
Summary: This IP camera has features that many of the same price range lack. The IR system works well, but not if it is near a window- the reflection will cause it to blur. If there is a bit more than ambient light outside, however, it degrades gracefully to a B&W picture that is not too grainy.
Faulty DC input jack. Had to solder wires directly to PCB.

Summary: Update: I increased the rating from one to three stars after I was able to desolder and remove the faulty DC input jack and solder the power adapter cord directly to the PCB. No more intermittent power connection. Only lasted a few months. Randomly went in and out of night mode regardless of light level. And when it went into night mode the connection would drop for several minutes.

Summary: Software issues: bits and pieces of batches and utilities to get a simple function (recording the streamed video) accomplished. Audio issues: echoes combined with slow frames makes the outcome similar to 1960 technology's.
Setup Instructions For IP Camera Newbies - Like Me! See Update

Summary: These are great little inexpensive IP cameras but the installation instructions are poor. I bought one of these and it took me a couple of days and a lot of internet research to get it to work. The first obstacle was the WPS wireless setup. The installation software would not find the camera using this method, so I just used the wired method using the included Ethernet cable connected directly to my router.
Summary: An acceptable low-end IP cam, but it turned out to be much bulkier than I expected-- about twice the size of the comparable D-Link DCS-932L . Like most cameras in this range, the Trendnet suffers from a very modest 1MP sensor (VGA resolution). It also struggles with seeing through glass. In bright light, reflections onto the glass (from inside) cloud the image, and in the dark, you'll only see the glass.
Summary: I have several different brands cameras in my property and needed to cover some extra area. I use vosvideo.com service to monitor that cameras. This camera was in their list and I was able to attach it in couple minutes. Great camera, Image quality very smooth. Recommend.
