Excerpt: When I sought Tech Support for the Internet Connectivity App. for my Phone and Remote Viewing they Remotely downlaoded, and I watched,a program that Norton(AntiVirus)prompted as being Potentially Harmful. It was immediately veiwable but very soon afterward s became unstable at which time I uninstalled it and repackaged it and RETURNED it.Sorry but it defeats the Purpose of the Security Camera if it wont be reliable.
Excerpt: I set this Camera up at my home. It took a while to get the setup working but once I got it up and running I get instant emails to my phone with pictures and can access the camera and reposition it with the android application or on the internet. Also records the audio and video at our house. Emails are sent to our phones before we even get to the door to our house. Best advice on setup is to change the port number that the camera works on.
Excerpt: If you look for a cheap WIFI camera with pan/tilt and email and nightvision capability, I think this is the best in terms of price, quality, and features. Sometimes you can feel something is badly made, not thought through, half working. I had the opposite impression with this product. Well thought out (also the manual), everything seems to have been designed well.
Pros: Cheap But Can Do A Lot, Well Rounded Good Prod
Excerpt: The device itself is great. But the manuals are horrible as is the software. The product claims it is remote viewing capable but it's near impossible to setup and if you are trying to view it from a cellphone just forget about it once you finally get the app setup its is very unreliable and most features don't work. The only time I would recommend this product is if you have security experience, are using it with a wired connection and don't need remote viewing.
Pros: Motion Trigger, Night Vision, Pantilt, Sound Inputoutput
Cons: Hard To Install, Low Quality Software, No Tech Support
Excerpt: Called the tech support team to get two cameras set up in my home. They were great and set up properly from afar by logging into my laptops, etc. Installed the app on my Iphone with no problem. It worked fine when I was in my home; however, when I tried pulling up the cameras to view images locally from coffee shops, it didn't work. Even took a trip to NC to see family. Couldn't view anything from afar so I've returned both cameras.
Excerpt: On sale and after a rebate, this is not a bad purchase.

While there are some problems, I don't think it deserves a 1 start rating as some people pointed gave it.

We are in the Mac world here so here is what I found:
- The audio, record, and talk functions are not available in Safari or Firefox - I am looking at a way around this by adding Active-X to Mac or using IE on the Mac.
Excerpt: this is a perfect cameras for inside your home/apartments it says simple set up on the box but be honest it took a while to setup to view online and on my iphone trial and error but they are perfect and do what they say if your ARE NOT very good with electronics or computers you will definantly need help i got 2 and thinking of getting a 3rd one i can a view both cameras at the same time on any computer with internet and on my iphone and i get email sound and motion...
Pros: Accurate, Compact, Discreet, Easy To Set Up, Sensitive
