Summary: I have an old WiLife system and wanted to add an outdoor camera. I mounted this one, plugged it in, and it worked just fine. It was a bit of a problem getting the cord to a receptacle -- I had to use an extension, but this hasn't affected the operation.
Summary: The camera works well as long as your not too far from the PC that is recording the video. We have five of these cameras. 3 worked as soon as they were plugged in and the software immediately recognized the cameras.
Summary: This item is NOT compatiable with Logitech Master System. Logitech has made some new version of the Master System called WiLife (which to be fair the camera has that in the name), but this new master system doesn't work with the Logitech Master System I have.
Summary: Excellent shipment, packaging, and after installing it was the easiest setup I've ever encountered. Best off all the little red light below the lens gets people's attention during the evening and that makes your home that much safer.

Summary: I have had no issues with this outdoor camera except one. When I plug the electrical cord that cam with it directly to an outlet closest to it, the functionality was intermittent and had to be reset(...unplugged/then re-plugged).
Summary: I have 2 of these outdoors and 2 indoors and the concept is SUPERB. The actual performance is POOR at best. Very picky about the AC connection - (needs to be close to main computer) and on same circuit. Video quality is to poor to actually make out details that would help. A fun novelty..
