some what dissapointed

Summary: I bought this camera master so that I could watch my truck. the ease of installation is great. I have watched on the video my truck get broken into 5 times. None of the times has the camera given a good enough visual of the thief for me to make out who they were.
Summary: Cameras keep dropping off the network and it takes a re-boot to get them back on-line. SIMM card errors are frequent as well. Software package is well designed and easy to use. Alerts and camera control work well. Image quality is good and motion setup area is very good.
Summary: My house was broken in and robbed in Oct'12 so I decided to buy surveillance cameras for monitoring while away. Initially I bought from Costco a set of Uniden cameras but immediately realized that its software was mulfunctioning and resolutoin was too poor to be of any real use, therefore returned...
Summary: The cameras themselves are much better then the older WiLife cameras, but the software is pathetic. The cameras do not record enough. They always fall short of recording an entire event, thus worthless as a security camera, and extremely fustrating.
Summary: I bought this and an add-on 700e outdoor camera. Both were easy to mount with the provided hardware. The kit even comes with screwable guides to tuck the ethernet cable to the power supply. Having a drill would be handy to pre-drill the screw holes for mounting the camera.
Summary: This is a good consumer grade security camera system that anybody can install and get above average video/images with great iphone/ipad and software integration. The video quality isn't quite real HD, and you don't have a real optical zoom to help make out any details.
Summary: Live video and stll alerts work ok. The stills are highly compressed to less than 50 kB so quality suffers. Playback worked well with the free trial, but after paying $80., and wasting an hour or two I sill cannot get it back. The camera hardware looks to be of high quality.
Summary: .I bought this camera system hoping that it would work on my mac but it don't oh it says it will but what they don’t say is you can only view it on a mac just like you can on a web browser this is 1 big disappointment, 2nd.
Pretty good for the most part - New update added for 2014!

Summary: I've been waiting for an inexpensive HD security system to come out. This system is pretty good and, for the most part, does what I want it to do. SETUP: Setup isn't too bad. Just remember to read the directions but there are a few gotchas such as, you can't plug the camera side or the network side...
