    I was looking for a camera and ended up with this one just because it had a good price. I would never recommend this camera to anyone. A lot of people complain about configuration. I'm an IT professional and didn't have any problem with that. I've been using it for several years. The camera itself is cheap. I mean REALLY cheap. The manufacturing on it is terrible. The antenna and lens/pick-up mount is floppy. Read more

    I made the silly assumption that the WVC54G / WVC54GC / and the WVC54GCA were essentially the same camera. Boy was I wrong. The WVC54GC lacks the resolution and the ability to FTP pitcures like the WVC54GCA. Additionally it lacks the ability to use WPA2 although this may not be a big issue. Read more or see product

    I have purchased a number of Linksys products over the years and have had only good experiences with them all. On the few occasions where I needed a bit of guidance their Tech Support was excellent. I expected nothing less when I bought this webcam but I was in for a shock. Camera setup for continuous mode was quite easy but after only a few hours of recording to my hard drive it became intermittent with long periods when nothing was recorded. Read more

    This is a great product for the price. Picture is pretty good when you adjust the settings for the environment. However, the DDNS service that linksys provides is useless. It will not keep the correct IP address at all times. It seems to hit & miss. Overall, I will purchase several of these for home use. Read more
