Summary: Web interface is weak. Yes, it is supposed to just be a simple NAS, but ...
Pros: At the time (about two years) a decent value for a "plain old NAS" ... good enough to use on the internal network as a media share, without having the power hog PC running (gamine computer).
Cons: Not too configurable. Users don't work as expected. Firmware updates tend to fail and one of the firmware updates fried the unit. Even trying the forced flash via USB did not work. Lasted about 2 years and generally did what was expected, but two years of light duty is not a great value. I will r...
Summary: I have purchased a lot of other ZyXel products that work great and well. This was very disappointing.
Pros: Was great while it worked, fast, seemed reliable
Cons: Died with the system light blinking. Will not discover over network. Tried rebooting, hard rebooting, and attempted auto firmware update, it didn't even try to do that. No it is just a brick. Sad!
Revised: Excellent low-cost storage server ( Is it?)

Summary: Review update (04/21/2013): I am deducting 3 stars from my review based on reliability. Today my NSA 320 would not complete it's boot cycle, rendering it inaccessible. (the green SYS LED continued to blink- it needs to go solid green) This is apparently a known issue.
Summary: Like so many reviews of this Item it turned up and would not boot up correctly tried all different suggestion found on the mighty internet but to no avail This seems to be a common problem with this Unit
Summary: #Don't waste your money if you also want waste your time (Original title) Sorry about my poor english. When I was setup everything according to the handbook and turned the power on, the SYS LED keeps flashing and couldn't boot anyway. I've tried reset for about 5 times but still didn't work.
