Summary: I recently bought one of these refurbished and was very pleased. I then bought a new one for my Accounting firm to back up all our tax files but it showed up DOA. Apparently a whole lot of these have firmware issues that keep them from booting correctly. Watch out.... Buy refurbs, they have the fixed firmware.
Summary: Did not work. It would not appear on network via web or via Zyxel's NSU utility. The SYS light just rapidly blinked green. Zyxel tech support eventually sent me a response asking me to check the following link to see if my HDD was compatible: [...] My HDD was indeed listed as compatible, but with newer firmware. The rep sent instructions on how to reflash the firmware with a USB thumbdrive, but by then I had already returned it.
Product is delivered defected – firmware is broken!

Summary: Upon unpacking and connecting NSA320 I wasn’t able to find it using NSA search tool. I tried restarting NSA, changing cables and computers – nothing helps. Finally, I realized that other people has similar problem and cause is broken firmware. I have read comments of users that had similar problems but I thought that this will not happen to me. At least, I thought that in case of failure I’ll be able to fix device with new firmware.
Summary: The setup was easy and the interface was pretty good also. The NAS was a little bit "plasticky" and the noise coming from the fan a little bit annoying, but that was not the case. The device would have received a 4 star evaluation if it were not the fact that after two days of non stop working I decided to shut it down. Next day the NAS did not start up. The system led was flashing and I could not reach the NAS in my home network.
