Horrible product--Brand new and constantly beeping and not functioning

Summary: I hate this product and want to return it for a full refund. Aside from the fact that you need to be an IT expert to be able to figure out how to use this, it beeps constantly even though it's brand new and no instructions at all how to use it, save information to it, etc. What a disappointment.
Summary: Well. Since I bought this NAS Im experiencing the network problems. I tried to troubleshoot it using Synology forum, but it is totally useless. Im an professional IT, and I could not take a rid of these issues. I imagine when it gets to the "it user level" owner, it will make them mad.

Summary: I've been buying NAS for a few years now, gradually increasing the spec as better models come on the market. So forking out £220 for a piece of plastic and a power lead sticks in the craw somewhat. It's going back to Amazon an hour after it arrived.
