Terrible Online Chat Support

David J. Mastrianni, Amazon
22 April 2015
  • Summary: I debated whether to give this a one star or two because of their terrible customer support online. About six days ago I submitted 2 tickets, which they claimed would be responded to within 24 hours - must be using different clocks!

Great device and easy to use

  • Summary: Love this thing. Wasn't sure how much we would use it, but now the whole family has it set up on phones, tablets and PCs. My wife and daughter love that it can be set up to backup pictures from their phones when the come in the house without the worry of them being stored on some Web service.

NAS for all!!

BigD, Amazon
27 February 2015
  • Summary: I'm really loving the features of this NAS. Just make sure you pair this with a great router. I was using a proved Comcast router but the UPnP didn't work and the port forwarding wasn't working correctly. One I bought myself a Asus 66U router everything was working nicely.

Works just as it should and fairly easy to use

Amazon Customer, Amazon
25 January 2015
  • Summary: It's easy to install the main drive, and it's even easier to add external drives to it via USB 3. I have a 2 TB main drive and a 5 TB external drive. It receives data at up to 40 MB/s or so, which means it's reasonably fast (and uses its Gb network interface). Setting it up was easy, and it works.
