Summary: For the price it's a great unit, I did not expect much speed but it's better than other units I've tried in the past... The latest firmware update has a much nicer interface and although have not played much with allot of the features (it's jammed packed) most things seem to be working fine....

Summary: First of all, not reliable. You're bound to loose your data, sooner or later (it usually comes later, when the disaster is more important). There is a hdd compatibility list on their website, but don't think that if you buy one of those drives you'd have piece of mind.
