Summary: Extremely difficult to get it to mirror with the second unit. The instruction were vague at best and there was nothing better (at least that I was able to find) on line. One unit set up pretty easy, but the second unit spoiled the experience.
Summary: The unit itself is relatively simple to set up. For a home user or corporate user who have IT personnel onsite, this is a reasonable system. That is until you need tech support. Mine had a drive fail inside of 30 days of putting it into use.

Summary: Netgear's Customer Service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased this product last week. The product appears good so far. However, I was extremely unhappy to learn that in order to get the online backup service that I read about in the product's advertisement it was going to cost...
Pros: Easy to setup the device, works out of the box. So far reliable.
Cons: Not accessible from one of my 3 computers on the network. Called customer support and they outright refused to help me figure out why. Plus, the guy on the line acted like he didn't have his coffee this morning. 0/10 on customer support.
