Poor camera interface

Jack, Amazon

  • Summary: Poor camera interface. Does not work with Vivotek 360 degrees cameras. Weak Debian OS. Assumes RAID1 out of the box. It has a lot of potential just not there yet. Better off with a 1U HP server. Cheaper and much more for your money.

  • Summary: I purchased this NAS reluctantly because we already own 4 Readynas 2100s. They have not been error free, but I was hoping most quarks were resolved with this newer unit. Fast and Reliable - Added Second Unit Based Upon Prior Experience

JS "JS", Amazon
6 December 2013
  • Summary: This NAS is fast and reliable. The diskless version includes trays and mounting hardware for drives. We have a ReadyNAS 2100 and this ReadyNAS 2120 in our server room. These units are used to back up our entire network on a daily basis - they get worked hard but are incredibly fast and reliable. The dual gigabit Ethernet ports are vital for our application.
