Iomega StorCenter ix2-200

CNET
6 February 2014
  • Summary: The Iomega StorCenter ix2-200 NAS server makes a good, affordable backup and storage center for home and small office environments where only simple file sharing and data backup are needed. Keep looking for alternatives if you want more advanced NAS features.
  • Pros: The Iomega StorCenter ix2-200 NAS server has good performance; RAID configurations; easy-to-use Web-based interface; offers plenty of storage without breaking the bank.
  • Cons: The Iomega StorCenter ix2-200 NAS server's Web interface is sluggish at times. Its advanced features, such as self-downloading, IP camera support, and remote access, have limited functionality. It also runs hot.

Iomega StorCenter ix2

CNET
25 November 2013
  • Summary: The Iomega StorCenter ix2 is a two-drive NAS device that offers Bluetooth support but no remote access via the Web. We don't like the fact that you can't access its two hard drives, but it still holds appeal for novice users looking for a dead simple NAS drive.
  • Pros: Easy to set up and manage; excellent Web-based interface; compact and quiet; supports Bluetooth; can read and write to external hard drives formatted in NTFS.
  • Cons: The two hard drives are not user replaceable or serviceable; no remote access via the Internet; requires application running in the background to use Web interface; short one-year warranty.

  • Pros: Hard Disk integrati, Performance buone in lettura, Prezzo molto contenuto, Silenzioso
  • Cons: Perfomance in scrittura non elevate, Mancanza di porta USB 3.0 e lettore SD, Sistema operativo installato negli hard disk
