J. Snavely "jellybiscuit", Amazon
15 September 2011
  • Summary: I have used this drive both on the network and with a direct connection. Both worked as expected. I did not attempt to use the bundled software, because it's often buggy and I have better apps to accomplish the same tasks. As a piece of hardware, it works.

  • Summary: We didn't know a lot about this product previously, but the description seemed to fit our current needs as a media server. Although the device works well with our Vista laptop, the same is not true for our Windows 7 one, so that was a bit frustrating.
