Summary: I have a Win 7 machine which works fine with my D-Link network boxes. I tried installing the Iomega software from the included disk - it told me my operating system was not compatible and refused to install. I tried this 2 more times looking for install variations - there were none. Gave up. Money down the drain.
Cons: it doesn't work unless my laptop is plugged in (wired) to my router. As soon as I try to use it with my laptop over wireless (and that is with the iomega still on a wired connection), the device just turns off.
"The worst peace of crap that i've bought in 20 years."

Pros: If you like the design you found the only pro that i can think about.
Cons: This product does not work at all. Also the newest Firmware - Dec. 2010 - brought no improvement. . I was able to make it "work" with a single HD, but do not need a IConnect for that purpose as i can plug it in directly into the Router.
Cons: Software is terrible, it is actually so simple it doesn't work. Cannot see hard drives on PC or Mac when viewing on PS3 or Xbox. Software does not work half the time. When the drives are recognized, they do not show the actual storage used and left?!
