Summary: I was loking for a device for hold my file in one exclusive place, and nevermore lost place of my files. I read the description in iomega site. I liked waht i read. The device is very good, better than expected. My unit is silencious. Your use is very easy.
Summary: Although it is working a bit slow through the wifi, the benefit is really good. It is possible to save all files in the storage and have access that via network. Auto-Backups are really amazing.
Summary: I have had this drive on my network for a couple of weeks, and I am generally pleased with it. My PC identified it immediately, and I could access it from any computer on my local network. A problem arose when I tried to enable drive security from a Windows XP workstation.
Summary: so far loving it would have gave it 5 stars but still not able to access it via web remote , but once your in my wifi zone all is good .ps3,xbox,wii,windows media center has no issues accessing it again brezzz to set up , awsome machine going on 9 months now doing great
Summary: I have Iomega Home Media Cloud edition, 2 TB, up and running for only two days, so I can't provide much feedback about reliability and product life. I've read many reviews before decide to buy this model. Of course, I've read also about the main competitors.
Summary: I also downloaded Sync Toy, which is a microsoft program and it's FREE! This hard drive is already partitioned with a drive for pictures, movies, music, documents, etc. and with SyncToy you can set up folders from your computer to go to whichever drive on the HD.
