Not 110 connections.

Joseph S., Newegg
4 October 2014
  • Summary: The cable management brackets are a bit flimsy, and only 2 are provided. For me this is a non issue as you can use zip-ties in their place instead. Typically I don't leave reviews, but felt I had to for this product since info was missing that people may need when deciding on this purchase, that had...
  • Pros: The panel itself appears to be of some construction. Does what a patch panel should... Has krone connections. I also listed this as a con and my primary complaint with this product. However, krone connections are better than 110 connections longterm in my opinion... However the tools to make them...
  • Cons: The connections for this panel are krone, not your standard 110, connections. This should have been listed in the product's specifications as they require two different tools/dies to punch. While it's possible to make the connections without a krone tool, it's time consuming and difficult to do p...

Good patch panel

Jon S., Newegg
14 December 2011
  • Pros: Sturdy, well labeled, simple to use patch panel. You can't go wrong for the price compared to the number of available ports. Great for a basic home network if you still like wired speeds.
  • Cons: None.

Cant beat the price

Adam G., Newegg
10 July 2010
  • Summary: Matched with a nine dollar paladin punch tool this works out great for the price.
  • Pros: It works well and nothing was damaged or broken. It fits a 19" rack perfectly with no issues. I'm getting the same exact speeds as I got by going directly through the switch before.
  • Cons: The spacing of the back side of the panel could be a little better. There is a bunch of space in between the two sets of eight that could of been used.
