Set it and forget it.

rvb1976, Amazon
4 February 2015
  • Summary: We moved into a fairly new house that was wired for cable and ethernet when it was built. However, the ethernet was only run to the upstairs bedrooms and not to the first floor. We didn't want to arrange the living room with the TV situated where the cable jack was located.

Neil Bergman, Amazon
17 August 2014
  • Summary: I replaced an earlier model Netgear Powerline set with these new ones. The earlier model worked great for two years and hen suddenly they could not "talk" to each other so the computer could not get an Ethernet connection when plugged in to it.

Refurbished version works great

Blahblah, Amazon
10 April 2014
  • Summary: I've ordered the refurbished version of this set twice now and each time they have worked flawlessly. Considering the refurbs were about half off it makes for a great deal. You don't get the original box and the original manual but who cares. Just go to the Netgear website for it.

Cameron Mccurry "mdbounee", Amazon
8 August 2013
  • Summary: I bought this recently for my upstairs computer after we had converted to FIOS. I'd been using wireless and was very unhappy with the performance. Having had some experience with Netgear products I decided to try it out. Installation and setup were very easy and my online speed increased instantly.

Haunted, Amazon
21 June 2013

  • Summary: I purchased this product after moving into a new home and not feeling up to running new outlets to provide internet in my office. I am beyond satisfied with how well this product performs. This is an ideal solution for those that find themselves in the same situation as myself.
