• Power up but don't work

  HI! I got a pair of these adaptors a while ago. After finishing the house I decide to try them and went to upgrade the apadtors. One got the latest firmware and the other the computer doesn't recognize the adaptor. I says not device detected. the power light turns on but that's it. What is wrong?
