Summary: First off I clean my strings after every us... I run a thin guitar cloth under and over them then spray a thin coat of Finger Ease on them. This will make most strings last a while so I do this no matter what I use. That crisp clean tone of new strings lasted noticeably longer with these strings. They are a bit pricey but worth it if you take care of them... but you should take care of what ever strings you use.
