Xerox rises from the ashes with a me little printer

Summary: Except for the network software and configuration, this is a very nice printer MFP. Had another brand before, a giant behemoth that sucked toner from its little drums and dumped it into the waste container. This little gem sits under my desktop shelf and pumps out pages quickly and of high quality.
Summary: I purchased this fax machine in March 2014. It has become useless to me as I have been unable to resolve the dark black line that is printed on every outgoing fax. THIS HAS BEEN PRESENT SINCE PURCHASE. I have contacted Xerox on multiple occasions to no avail.
Summary: I know that some of my criticism of this product can be levelled at the whole printer industry, but I'm still unhappy and my rating will reflect it. -Mac support is sketchy at best. I can print, but no scanning for me. The box says OSX support, but that's not true.
Summary: This is a great small office color laser all in one. Does everything a much more expensive printer will do for a fraction of the cost. I have several of these and have only had trouble with wifi on one of them.
Summary: This printer is fine and works as advertised, which is the reason for the 5 stars. Set up was easy and I had no problems for six months. This is a difficult review because by all accounts this is very good little workhorse multi-use printer/fax/copier.

Averaging about ~30 pages per week, the printer has performed admirably for months now doing everything from printing weekly...
