Excerpt: Once set up, this printer works great. The install went very quickly, until I realized it somehow knocked my entire network offline because of (I think) the way it assigned it's own IP address on the network. Xerox was useless trying to figure out the problem. If you are going to install this printer on an office network with a real server, have a professional do it. I've never had that kind of problem installing a network printer on a server but it was a nightmare.
Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Use, Fast Operation, Great Print Quality, Quiet, Reliable
Summary: I'm pleased enough that I bought another--but then realized one for me significant failing. The manual feed slot cannot accept more than one piece of paper at a time! Its quiet enough, easy to set up. Watch it and be sure to opt out of the nagging reminders to update and email solicitations, though; those are irritating.
Excerpt: good but multifunction at the same time--not. Have had for less than 1 mth and both quiet and reliable. However will not perform 2 functions at the same time. One function must end, eg copying before incoming fax can be taken.
Pros: Compact Design, Fast Operation, Quiet, Reliable
Excerpt: The machine makes clean crisp copies, has quite a few high level capabilities such as duplexing and has a pretty handy automatic document feeder but: This thing is way too complicated to set up. And the technical support is not very knowledgeable at the initial contact level. You have to be escalated to the second level of support before you get someone that can go deep and solve problems that go beyond the idiot didn't read the instructions.
Excerpt: Very good All In One. It can handle multiple print jobs with ease. It's quick, nice to look at and dependable. I bought this to replace a Sharp AL 2030, the difference is like night and day. Sharp AL 2030 does not even come close to what this Xerox can do.
Pros: Compact Design, Easy Setup, Easy To Use, Excellent Print Quality, Fast Operation, Reliable, Silent operation
