awful printer

  • Summary: Purchased it, since the first week it has had issues, been serviced numerous times. Had scanner parts changed then the scanner completely replaced.and it was about 1 month old. It still continues to have issues almost daily and is extremely slow to print and at times we can't even get it to print,,Xerox is coming again tomorrow to fix another problem and we have only had it 4 months.

  • Summary: We purchased this to replace a less expensive HP printer. The solid ink technology is certainly interesting, but at least on this printer it was problematic.

Issues are solved and then return

  • Summary: Our machine was installed with no instructions on how to use it. Will not print when coping a 1/2 sheet of paper, keeps sending "Original size not detected" message. Xerox installed new software for this problem, worked for 1 week,now it's back to not coping small notes. No notification of update needed from Xerox. Have to call several people and fight to get a technician in to look at it. Overall poor service.

  • Summary: machine is NOT so green as promised need to keep it on all the time,major power consumption,noisey,jams,quality comes and go.error codes, calling tech support is terrible..

Terrible Printer - unreliable, noisy and poor print quality sometimes

  • Summary: This printer was the replacement of our aged C2424 printers. We had 6 of those and 5 were very reliable - the other was junked after 5 services under warranty by Xerox after 12 months as uneconomic to repair.

Terrible!

  • Summary: It jams all the time. It's Loud! It Takes ink off the pages of color copies. We just got it and Xerox has already ordered several parts to try and fix it. It's Ridiculous!!!!! I want my old copiers back!!!

Very Disappointed

  • Summary: We purchased this printer about 2 months ago and Xerox has already had to replace the unit once due to bad components. We have had the replacement printer now for about a month and we still are having issues with the top scan feeder jamming and the display going wacky till we reset the power to the machine. We just tried to replace the color cube cartridge and the machine fails to identify the cartridge that was sent to us by Xerox.

I HATE THIS MACHINE

  • Summary: I've had it all of 6 days (I'm the only person using it in our firm) and have had nothing but problems with it! Error codes daily which requires me to turn it off and restart it (because have nothing better to do with my time). It's instance on pulling from tray 1 even though I've set it as the "bypass" tray, clearly Xerox speak is different from every other manufacture regarding "bypass".
