Summary: After 5 years, my 8560 seemed worn out and I decided to spring for the expensive replacement (double the price). For starters, the Colorqube is a beautiful machine and the control panel is gorgeous! Despite comments I've read here, the machine is fairly quiet - much quieter than the 8560. Print quality is very good and the speed is adequate.
Summary: Purchased it, since the first week it has had issues, been serviced numerous times. Had scanner parts changed then the scanner completely replaced.and it was about 1 month old. It still continues to have issues almost daily and is extremely slow to print and at times we can't even get it to print,,Xerox is coming again tomorrow to fix another problem and we have only had it 4 months.
Awesome printer, love this one, also have a phaser both great!!!

Summary: Really love my color cube, color is great, we have an hp printer and they don't even compare color wise. the color cube does a great job. Not anything negative I can say about it. Just plain ol love it.
Summary: We've already had a part replaced; the side paper tray has never worked; it's slower to print from our very old HP BUT we do enjoy the quality of the printing and ability to print 2-sided. Also ink is much more expensive than we anticipated and seems to disappear more quickly than we'd like.
Summary: Our machine was installed with no instructions on how to use it. Will not print when coping a 1/2 sheet of paper, keeps sending "Original size not detected" message. Xerox installed new software for this problem, worked for 1 week,now it's back to not coping small notes. No notification of update needed from Xerox. Have to call several people and fight to get a technician in to look at it. Overall poor service.
Summary: This machine is great! The print quality is superb and the machine is easy to use. It has great functionality from scanning to printing. I love the feature that I can program how a job is scanned by scanning multiple parts and blending then into one document. I would recommend the ColorQube 8700 to anyone with a small to medium size business.
Summary: We are somewhat unhappy with the color cube since we originally purchased the unit. If it were not for your very competent service employee Michael chamberlain and his manager Ivan Francis we would have returned the unit for a more user friendly and economical unit. Your employees have worked to great lengths to keep our company up and running during the miriod of issues we faced. The Orignal printer had so many issues it was swapped for a refurbished unit.
