Awesome Printer!

Dot, Staples
19 June 2014
  • Excerpt: I have been looking for a good quality reasonably priced printer for the past 2 years. I have finally found it. The quality is great, it's very fast and fits in a tight space. I would higly recommend this printer for anyone that has the need to print out 50 pages a year to 50 pages or more a day. The cartridges are a bit more but, you get what you pay for. It is very well worth the money.

Do not buy this printer if you want to make cards

Patricia Bradley, Amazon
17 May 2014
  • Summary: I bought this printer expressly for making cards and it jams whenever I try to print. When I called support they informed me I could only use 32-45 lb paper. That makes a tacky, tacky card. My HP Ink jet printed 65lb easily. Why wasn't this in the specs?

Good evolution of a good MFP.

Ruben Guardiola "rguard", Amazon
22 April 2014
  • Summary: This was a replacement for an older model Samsung MFP. Many of the same features are still here, (the menu system is still cumbersome). But the new features like NFC and phone app integration are welcome. Still, the paper tray is too small (would not have made the unit much taller to include a full ream paper tray) 50 sheets or so is about it on this model...

disappointed

slowbutsure, Amazon
23 March 2014
  • Summary: I choose to have a home networked laser printer rather than a bubble-jet since my previous bubble-jet was constantly jammed and went through cartridges like crazy. The paper capacity is a flaw The printer only a month old is already jamming. The set up was also a little difficult to maneuver around. It took several tries. Perhaps because I use a Mac? It turns out to only to be a mediocre printer after all.
